About Us
Admiral Sasquatch is a proto-brewery at the moment. We're doing test batches and figuring out how best to get our fine, quality brews to the thirsty of Chicagoland.
We're specializing in unique recipes, introducing twists on existing styles to create a range of beers geared towards those who like their beer to be a little... different.
Brian's our brewmaster, and has been honing his craft for almost 20 years. Craig's newer to brewing, assisting in the brews since 2002.
So far we've got two main recipes we're refining while trying new ones in between brew days. We've got Admiral Sasquatch's Endless Summer, a delightful dry-hopped summer ale that's tasty any time of year (because it's always summer somewhere). Also, we've got Hamish McBigfoot's Smoked Scotch, a sweet, malty scotch ale with just the right amount of smoke.
Brian will keep chewing on grains and coming up with interesting combinations. We'll keep this site updated with our adventures.
